These are the steps to be followed if you want to export an online admission form into SimDay again.

1. Login to http://www.preadmit.com.au/Hospital/<your hospital’s unique ID>

2. Click on Forms

3. Under the Export Status field, you can reset an admission form’s status so it could resend the form to your SimDay.

4. Look up for the Patient’s Name on the list and click the Action drop-down arrow on the far right.

5. Click Reset Exported Status on the drop-down list.

6. You should see the Export Status change to Not Exported.

Note: Resetting the status of a form will not use another credit.
