These are the steps to be followed to rearrange the order of questions for your patient’s admission form.

1. Login to http://www.preadmit.com.au/Hospital/<your hospital’s unique ID>

2. Click on Settings

3. then Questions

4. Look for the question you want to move or rearrange. Then on the far right of the question, click the Actions drop-down and choose Change Order.

5. It will show you the Change Order window: Click on the Question you want to rearrange then click the Arrows Up OR Down

6.Click Save then Refresh to see the changes.
