These are the steps to be followed to disable/enable patients uploading documents after filling out an online admission form (http://www.preadmit.com/Patient/<your hospital’s unique ID> )

1. Login to http://www.preadmit.com.au/Hospital/<your hospital’s unique ID>
2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Final Page

4. Check the “Display Upload Files” box if you want to enable this, or un-check if you want it disabled

5. Put your instructions in the Upload Files Text box

6. Put additional information in the Bottom Text box

7. Click Save
