If you think you have missing credits, follow the steps below to verify that your numbers match our records.

1. Login to http://www.preadmit.com.au/Hospital/<your hospital’s unique ID> 
2. Click on Credits
    
3. You will see a list of the credits you’ve acquired, including the complimentary ones. You can also see your total acquired credits in the top right corner.
    
4. Click on Dashboard
   
   
5. You will see how many forms you’ve submitted (including forms that have been submitted then deleted)
   

Note that once a form is submitted, even if it is subsequently deleted, it will still use up one [1] credit. In the above example, 183 credits have been acquired; 33 forms have been submitted; and 71 forms have been deleted. This leaves us with 79 available credits.
